Absolutely! Our adult classes are designed for all experience levels. Whether you're a beginner or have previous experience, you'll find the classes engaging and tailored to your pace.

How often do I need to attend classes?

Most adult students attend 2-3 times per week, but you can adjust based on your schedule. Each class lasts about 60 minutes and provides a great workout along with martial arts training.

Will I learn practical self-defense techniques?

Definitely! Our program focuses on practical, real-world self-defense techniques that are effective and easy to learn. You’ll build the skills and confidence needed to protect yourself in various situations.

Will I have to train with kids?

No, our classes are separated by age group. Adult students train with other adults, ensuring that the class pace, techniques, and atmosphere are tailored specifically to adults. You'll have the opportunity to focus on your training goals in a group of peers.
