Lamb Chops (Ages 3-5)

In this class, we combine the basics of martial arts with fun and fitness, perfect for active little ones! Your child will learn foundational martial arts techniques, get moving with playful exercises, and begin to understand how to handle life’s little challenges—all in a safe and exciting environment. Plus, we make sure every class is packed with fun!

Dojo Rats (Ages 6-11)

Get ready for action! In this class, your child will take their fitness to the next level with exercises designed to build strong, confident athletes. They’ll learn martial arts techniques that will lead them toward their black belt while also learning the value of setting goals and working toward them. It’s all about progress, perseverance, and having a blast with their peers!

Centurions (Ages 11-15)

This class isn’t just about martial arts—it’s about mastering realistic self-defense techniques that have stood the test of time! As they work on their fitness and technique, your teen will also experience the camaraderie that comes from training together as part of the Freedom School family. Whether for fitness, self-defense, or personal growth, they’ll feel right at home here.

Guardians (Ages 16+)

Our Guardians class is designed for teens and adults who want to stay strong, agile, and equipped with real-world self-defense skills. Whether you're new to martial arts or continuing your journey, you'll improve your fitness, master effective techniques, and build the mental toughness needed to handle any challenge. Join a supportive, energetic community where growth happens on and off the mat!

Golden Guardians (Ages 55+)

Martial arts isn’t just for the young—it’s for the young at heart! Our Golden Guardians class is perfect for those 55 and older who want to stay active, healthy, and empowered. With low-impact exercises and practical self-defense techniques, you’ll improve your balance, flexibility, and confidence—all while being part of a fun, welcoming community. Fight Like A GRRL! (Self-Defense Seminar for Women)
