We provide everything your child needs for their first class. Afterward, a uniform will be required, and we offer convenient purchase options at the school. All other equipment, such as sparring gear, can be purchased as needed.
- For beginners, we recommend attending 2-3 classes per week. Each class is about 45-60 minutes, which balances learning and physical activity without overwhelming young students.
Our experienced instructors are skilled at helping shy or nervous children feel comfortable. We create a supportive, non-intimidating environment where every child is encouraged to participate at their own pace.
